We have a professional and dedicated staff consisting of
four trainers, a massage therapist and a certified nutritionist.

Altogether we have a total of 40 years of experience in the
profession of helping you get fit. That's our job, we enjoy it,
and we do it very well!

Plus, the Personal Energy facility is outfitted with all the
equipment you need for a great workout.
